They add it listed witha price or OBO. So we made them a BO, and they took it. If you look close the decals are flowers and stuff...the previous owner tried to make it somewhat girly for her youngest one but it just didn't fly. Apparently I care a lot about what all you people have to say about the issue because I feel I have to explain our reasoning and why it's okay to buy it. But I won't. It's NUNYA. He'll get it for his birthday and that's that. Right now it's in Grandma and Grandpa's storage unit. Kooy has no idea. He's going to love it. As for the mattress and box springs....I will try to cruise ksl.com and DI for a used one but a part of me is kind of grossed out about buying a used mattress from a stranger...you just never know what could be lurking underneath the surface.

I agree that I would not want to have a used mattress. A used box spring would be okay...but you don't know what could be living in a used mattress...I have heard a few horror stories.
But the bed is awesome! So cool. Derek is going to be so jealous! But he is just going to have to be happy with his SpongeBob Toddler Bed for a few more years.
What, you don't want to use that old colonial print matress? Why not?
