Fountains and Rodeo

So on Saturday we went up to the Gateway. Kooy has been wanting to ride the train so that’s where we decided to go. It was fun. He loved the train. Looking out the window he kept asking what everything was. “What’s that?” “Where are we?” or he would point at someone on the train “What that name?” He liked the fountains for about 15 minutes. It was windy so once he got wet he got really cold. We went up stairs and bought some Ben and Jerry’s ice cream then went to Payless to buy Kooy some new shoes. Then we came home. I would take him again but just make sure it’s not windy that day. I think he would love it.


We also went to the rodeo on July 5th. I didn’t take pictures of the actual rodeo because in the past I just never look at those pictures again and don’t usually scrapbook any of them either. So this time I just didn’t take any. Kooy was so funny with the cowboy hats. He insisted on wearing Grandpa’s and making him wear his. Kooy loves his Grandpa so much. He will always play with him and do what ever he wants to do. I am sure he is worn out by the time we leave but I know Grandpa loves it too.

P.S. Earlier that day Kooy ran into my closet door, cut his lip, and gave himself a fat lip. The swelling had gone down but he had a nice bruise. That’s whats wrong with his lip if you noticed it and wondered.
