Mommy Knows Nothing

I'm no expert. Just trying to do better today than I did yesterday.

And Then There Were Four

Okaaaay Okay okay. I will update. I've been checking my blog regularly but never post anything. Mostly it will just be pictures and maybe a video. We got a new digital ( do I need to specify? Isn't everything digital these days? )video camera for Christmas and I finally installed the software and downloaded the videos. Super cool. Super fun stuff.

Things are going great. I feel great...except for a little tired. Peyton is the best baby in the world. And I am not just saying that because I am his mom. He really is the best baby. He never cries. Hardly ever fusses. Only wakes me up once between 11pm and 7am. He's the best sleeper. And he's super cute. Kooyman is handling being a big brother perfectly. He loves Peyton and always gives him kisses and hugs and loves to "check on Peyton" when he's sleeping. No big noticable feelings of jealousy. Only twice he has asked me to put Peyton down for something he wanted or needed. Once I obliged because he was just so darn cute and just wanted to cuddle with his mommy.

It's an adjustment having two kids. I don't see Matt as often even when he's home. We re still working on a routine. My mom is still here. She got here on the 5th and leaves on the 20th. It's great having an extra pair of arms and having another person to play and entertain Kooy. The true test of my "perfect" life will be after she leaves. I may not be as optimistic.
Here are some pictures.

He still looks so little! Adorable. Your Mom is so awesome and such a big help. Give her a big hug for me! Thanks for the update- I'm glad he's so content and that you are doing well. And sleeping that long - PRICELESS!

Oh! He's beautiful. I especially love the cuddling pictures of the two boys.

It's also fun to see a picture of your Mom. It's been A LOT of years since I've seen Sandy. Hi Sandy! Darla says Hi too.
