Today is my oldest friends birthday. And by oldest I do not mean she is 70 years old. I mean she has been my friend since 7th grade. We used to spend days together, literally. Sleepovers galore. Then we would get totally sick of each other and go days without contact. We've had our ups and downs as all friendships do. Megan would say all the down's are my fault...she might be right. Megan is the most passionate person I know. She is so dramatic as you can see in the video. I tried to keep up but she beats me by a mile in the dramatic arts department. We used to be like a two girl act. Whenever we were together with other people we would go into this "act." I don't know how to explain...we would just make jokes, be silly, pretend to act a different way. The people at Holiday Inn Reservations sure got a good show! We were the class clowns in our training class. Megan is the smartest person I know when it comes to the computer. She found out how to convert all our videos to DVD and made me copies. That is how I managed this video. There was so much to choose from...I wanted to do commercials but I couldn't find my copy. Maybe I never got one. Megan's mom and dad bought a video camera. That was the beginning of our love affair with the video camera. So much of our teenage and college years are documented on video. Here is just a small taste... I love you Megan!
Happy Birthday Megan!

Wow! DOUBLE WOW! You're better at this than my husband! What a tribute! I feel all fuzzy inside! I can't believe you dug up that old video! I almost started crying. And THEN I decided to show that video to my 6th period keyboarding class. They laughed their heads off, and bless them, none of them said, "Is that YOU Mrs. Rees?" Thanks Lisa! I love you too!
Oh--and you say I'm so good at the computer? Well, I tried to put a video on MY blog and couldn't figure it out, so you got me there!
Wow!....Wow...I'm...speechless...
So how do you make videos into dvds? I have some I want to change over...none that are quite as priceless as this one.
I love it. The video is awesome. You guys look so young! Man, we are getting old aren't we. The big three-oh! Meg! Happy Birthday sis!
Thirty! Oh WoW you are old! I think that you guys should get back together and do a re-make of the video and then post it. Happy Birthday Megan!
Let's be honest. You guys totally used the skinny lense, right? And I think you need to give credit to Delayna for the awesome camera work. I think you(or someone) should post that lawyer commercial we made with that foam leg. THAT was awesome.
Where were you guys when you filmed this?
In my the basement of my mom and dad's house. I found the commercials...I am thinking of posting another one. They are almost to good/embarassing not to.
Seriously. Have you looked at your blog counter since you posted this video? You seriously went from like 35 hits to over 150. You rock.
