This Morning

I want to post but I don't know what to post. On Facebook today lots of people (and when I say lots I mean three) are talking about bugs/spiders climbing on walls, keyboards, etc. It's weird. Then the other day lots of people (again I mean three) were talking about going to Taylor Swift. I think it's cool how I see common threads with all my Facebook friends. Although, I did not think it was cool that one week when Facebook changed their format and EVERYONE had to complain about it. I like to complain as much as the next person...I am sure even more, but it was one of those things where after a few weeks we will all get used to it and find it's not THAT bad...maybe even a little better. I do.
This morning I woke up and my body hurt (more specifically my achy (breaky) back) and I was angry and sad. I am naturally tense all the time. I am naturally depressed and anxious too. I keep both these conditions in check by exercising regularly at Curves while I work. Confession: I have not exercised in almost two weeks because I haven't been feeling well (allergies?sinus infection?boredom?). So it's all piling up and I just couldn't take it anymore.
So this Saturday morning I got dressed and went to Curves for a workout. It felt good. I could feel my back instantly relaxing as I worked those machines and showed them whose boss. Then when I was just about to start my cool down...my nose started to run. I sniffed. Again it ran. I sniffed again. Then I wiped it and yes...there it was. I was having a bloody nose. Blast!
Don't worry. It stopped fairly quickly. No I didn't finish. I was already cooled down by then. I stretched and came home. But then my sinuses hurt...lots of pressure. So I took Ibuprofen.
That's my day so far!!!
Tonigth I am going out with friends. Eating at Chili's then enjoying a REO Speedwagan/Styx concert at the new Rio Tinto Stadium in our backyard. (I'm really going. I'll be inside the stadium. Although I would be able to hear it if I sat in my backyard).
How's your morning been?

I want to go see REO Speedwagon and Styx!! I'm jealous. I kind of did the same with my back, I went like 11 days without exercising. I was in a perma-bad mood, too. Exercising is very important.

When I said that I loved you, I meant that I loved you forever!!! So I'm just gonna keep on loving you, cause it's the only thing I want to do!

Here's another:

Beacause it's you babe! Whenever I get weary and I've had enough, feel like giving up. YOu know it's you babe, giving me the courage and the strength I need. Please believe that it's you!! Babe I love you!!

Ha,ha!! Remember singing this song at the top of our lungs in the bathroom? SO how was the concert? I want to know all about it. I am concert deprived.

I'm proud of you for working out. I'm working up to it. I PROMISED myself I'd go this week. No dice. Excuses were easy to come by BEFORE the baby--now I can just pick one at random. So good for yoU!

Good for you for going out and doing what you know will make you feel good. I started weight training this week (already do cardio) and it caused me to gain 2-3 pounds of water weight. It's so depressing!

I hope you enjoyed the concert. It sounds like a lot of fun.

This one time, my sister and I bought tickets to see Styx, and then our stupid family had to go plan some "family reunion" and we didn't get to go. I still have those unused tickets.

That was a real downer, boo hoo. It was so sad. We tried to sell them just for a little bit and this one guy said he would take them for free. We showed him, we just kept them, forevvvvveerrr! Remember that movie. It is my favorite next to "What about Bob." Stupid family, huh! SKW

Don't feel bad about your bloody nose, at least it didn't happen at your wedding! Just remember how amazing you are!
